Some findings and implications for possible attention on design and people:

1. The business pitch should be substantially within range X with a quantified
    value range of focus and strategy between 488 - 504
2. Although the Exec Director is 16% below the business pitch and role   
    strength required, this can be bridged within approximately the next 2 years.
3. Structurally the Executive Director and CEO East is too close, the gap is a    
    mere 7%.  This implies the value generation is very similar and may not add
    any additional value to the business - in fact it may "burn unnecessary cash".
4. The structural gap between the Executive Director and Research    
    Executive is too big resulting in mis-communication and a lack of  
    understanding due to a void in translating business requirements.
5. The CEO North is way too light for the challenges in his role - a gap of    
    28%, which is significant.  The gap is a "full position off" which requires the
    Executive Director to step in - which he currently prefers.  It takes the eye of 
    the strategic imperatives to the company which puts the company at risk
