Christella Marais, co-owner of KontexIT, has wide ranging experience in Organizational Development with a focus on organization design/development, productivity improvement and solution development; Training and Development (including programme development); Coaching and Mentoring across the spectrum of the organization; Assessment and Placement across the spectrum of the organization; Employee Assistance Programmes; Mentoring of sport groups across cultures; Developing of facilitators; Psychological knowledge, insight and know-how.
She is also an expert in Stratified Systems (SST, Levels of Work) and related technologies, and as co-owner of KontextIt participated in the development of new technologies and applications. This expert domain enables her to develop a deep understanding of organizations, gaps in organization design and efficiency, as well as people, their capacities, gaps in performance and delivery - this guides and focus Organizational and people interventions. She ran workshops with groups of people to develop their understanding and performance at certain levels of work (SST/Levels of work).
